SALIENT FEATURES OF EASTERN RAILWAY HIGH SCHOOL, ASANSOL
The EASTERN RAILWAY HIGH SCHOOL is run by the Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India. The school has been affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi since 1st. April, 2012.
The School is being developed as Quality School without making the schooling very expensive. The quality of teaching is kept reasonably high by maintaining an appropriate teacher-pupil ratio and provision of a suitable proportion of teachers with high qualifications.
The EASTERN RAILWAY HIGH SCHOOL aims at having not only the common syllabus but also a well prepared syllabus and good text books based on the syllabus. They are intended to be equipped with good libraries, good laboratories and variety of other useful co-curricular activities.
